  • Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

    Location: Buda, Texas

    Fluffle Fulfillment is a growing ecommerce 3PL supporting brands across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale. We help fast-growing brands deliver a great customer experience through accurate, efficient fulfillment and hands-on operational support.

    We are hiring a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Buda, TX. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, moving with urgency, and taking pride in getting the details right.

    About the Role

    This position is a key part of our day-to-day warehouse operations and includes much more than standard pick and pack. You will help with order fulfillment, receiving freight, unloading and organizing inventory, restocking bins, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting pallet prep and general warehouse flow.

    This role is best for someone who is:

    • dependable and punctual

    • comfortable with physical warehouse work

    • able to lift and move boxes regularly

    • fast and accurate on both warehouse tasks and the computer

    • organized, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed

    Responsibilities

    • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

    • Process shipments using shipping & warehouse management software

    • Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages for USPS, UPS, and other carriers

    • Receive, unload, count, and organize incoming inventory and freight shipments

    • Move inventory into bins, shelves, and pallet locations accurately

    • Restock picking locations and maintain organized inventory storage

    • Assist with pallet building, pallet prep, wrapping, and shipment preparation as needed

    • Help prepare freight shipments and support shipping and receiving workflows

    • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

    • Support additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as needed

    Requirements

    • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds

    • Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, bending, unloading shipments, and moving inventory throughout the shift

    • Confident using computers and shipping software in a fast-paced environment

    • Able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, we obtain a 100% fulfillment accuracy.

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Reliable, punctual, and consistent

    • Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or logistics

    • Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping platforms

    • Forklift & Pallet Jack experience is a plus.

    • Experience with inventory handling, order picking, and packing

    Schedule

    • Part-time

    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday

    • Daytime hours

    • Additional hours may be available based on business needs and order volume
